By accessing or using Bizvora, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the platform. These terms apply to all users, including brokers, agents, administrators, and other authorized team members.

Bizvora provides a customer relationship management platform designed for real estate professionals. Depending on your subscription and configuration, features may include lead collection from supported platforms, lead organization, follow-up tracking, team management, reporting, and conversion tracking.

Features and third-party integrations may change as the platform evolves. Availability can depend on external platform permissions, technical requirements, and your selected plan.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account and for ensuring that only authorized individuals can access your workspace.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse of your account.

You retain responsibility for the lead information, contact details, property inquiries, documents, and other data that you or your team upload, import, or manage through Bizvora.

• Collect and use personal information only when you have a lawful basis to do so.
• Provide appropriate notices and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
• Keep lead records accurate and honor requests to stop marketing communications where applicable.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized data.

Bizvora may connect with third-party platforms and services, such as social networks, advertising services, communication tools, or data providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations.

We do not control third-party availability, API changes, access restrictions, lead delivery delays, or service interruptions. Integrations may stop working if a provider changes its policies or revokes required permissions.

You agree not to:

• Use Bizvora for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
• Access accounts, data, or systems without proper authorization.
• Interfere with platform security, performance, or availability.
• Distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized messages.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform except where applicable law permits it.
• Violate third-party platform policies or the privacy rights of individuals.

Certain Bizvora features may require a paid subscription. Applicable prices, billing intervals, taxes, trial periods, and plan limitations will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a separate agreement, subscriptions renew and cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to the terms disclosed for your plan and applicable law. We will not charge for a paid plan without the required purchase authorization.

We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, network failures, and third-party outages may affect availability.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any separate service commitments agreed with you.

You may stop using Bizvora and request account closure through the available account controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or restrict access if reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, serious violations of these terms, or non-payment under an applicable paid plan.

Upon account closure, data handling, export availability, and deletion will be governed by our Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any applicable retention obligations.

Bizvora is a lead management tool. It does not guarantee lead quality, lead volume, property sales, revenue, or business results. You are responsible for evaluating prospects, making business decisions, and complying with real estate and marketing regulations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bizvora is provided subject to the warranties and limitations stated in these terms and any applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business operations. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Your continued use of Bizvora after updated terms take effect is subject to applicable law and any required acceptance process.

These terms are subject to the applicable laws and dispute-resolution requirements governing your relationship with Bizvora. Any applicable jurisdiction, venue, or dispute-resolution process should be specified in your finalized legal terms, consistent with local law.
